Services offered:

Speed title pick-up
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Available for pick up on the second business day after they have been applied for.

Rebuilt: Courier/Runner (no more than 10 titles)

Drop-off hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Pick-up hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. - Noon
(maximum 10 per customer)

Individuals with one title previously licensed in his/her name
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Acceptable payment methods:

Cash
Personal checks - unless notified otherwise.
Company checks - unless notified otherwise.
Money orders
Make payments made payable to Kentucky State Treasurer.
